齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新1月10日訊?1月10日，博興縣紀(jì)委監(jiān)于兒發(fā)布消。為進一步嚴(yán)明律規(guī)矩，強化警震懾，持續(xù)優(yōu)化興縣營商環(huán)境，建親清政商關(guān)系近日，博興縣紀(jì)監(jiān)委通報兩起損營商環(huán)境問題典案例，分別是：公安局湖濱派出輔警張海華收受能影響公正行使權(quán)力的禮金問題2019年5月至2020年9月，張海華曾多次收管理服務(wù)對象周（停車場經(jīng)營者禮金共計32000元?？h監(jiān)委給予張海華記大過處，收繳其違法所。湖濱鎮(zhèn)魯劉村黨支部書記兼村委員吳樹美違規(guī)取管理費問題。2019年，魯劉村違規(guī)以陸山建棚管費”的名義向10余名建廠房戶收費用，并違規(guī)以占用村道路費”名義向某企業(yè)收費用。吳樹美作時任魯劉村黨支書記對此負有主責(zé)任?？h紀(jì)委給吳樹美黨內(nèi)警告分。上述兩起案中，有的在監(jiān)管法中違規(guī)收受財，有的向企業(yè)亂派，加重了企業(yè)擔(dān)，造成了惡劣響。這些問題的生反映出我縣少公職人員對優(yōu)化商環(huán)境認識不深政治站位不高、律規(guī)矩意識不牢廉潔用權(quán)意識不、依法辦事能力足。廣大黨員干和公職人員要以為鑒、自警自省進一步樹牢服務(wù)識、強化親清觀，在構(gòu)建親清政關(guān)系中展現(xiàn)擔(dān)當(dāng)為。全縣各級黨（黨組）要切實高政治站位，充認識優(yōu)化營商環(huán)的重要意義，主扛起全面從嚴(yán)治主體責(zé)任，進一貫徹落實黨中央國務(wù)院和省市縣于營商環(huán)境建設(shè)重大部署和工作求，著力打造“效便捷、舒心暖、辦事不求人”營商環(huán)境品牌，實轉(zhuǎn)變觀念作風(fēng)推動優(yōu)化營商環(huán)各項工作走深、實。全縣各級紀(jì)監(jiān)察機關(guān)要充分揮監(jiān)督保障執(zhí)行促進完善發(fā)展作，堅持一線工作，重心下沉、監(jiān)落地，對職能部、黨員干部服務(wù)業(yè)中的不作為、作為、亂作為等式主義、官僚主問題以及吃拿卡等損害營商環(huán)境題，發(fā)現(xiàn)一起、處一起、通報一，以“零容忍”態(tài)度堅決懲治損營商環(huán)境的問題做到利劍高懸、懾常在，讓企業(yè)群眾有實實在在獲得感幸福感安感，讓好政策真落實到行動中、現(xiàn)在效果里。 濱州新聞 山東省濱州市 編輯： 張煥煥 王春雷 侯峰峰 閱讀量：3304
